How do I sign someone up under me?
There are 2 possible ways to sign up under someone. First visit the person's profile whom you are trying to sign up under (e.g. zenzuu.com/johndoe). Then you can either click the sign-up link under their name, or click the "Sign-Up Under Me" button to the right of their display picture.
Why must I sign up under someone in order to join the site?
We are currently in public beta and would like to keep the exclusivity up as to narrow down the amount of users while we continue building the site and preparing it for public launch. Once we launch the site publicly anyone will be able to join.
Why can't I sign-up?
We recommend deleting your browser's cookies and temporary internet files and then close all your browsers and try signing up again. (Note: Mac users should use Safari or Firefox.) Make sure you didn’t add any spaces at the end of your email address

Why does my sign-up link show someone else's information?
We currently have a system in place called ZenZuu Sign-Up Lock-In. How it works is it locks you in to the first profile page that you view. If you visit zenzuu.com/someoneelse and than visit zenzuu.com/yourprofile and than click on your sign-up link. Your sign-up sponsor would be the first profile you visited which was zenzuu.com/someoneelse.
