Groups FAQ

How do I create a new group?
To create a group we will start by visiting the Welcome Center. From there click Groups on your Account Menu, and then click Add New Group on the right hand side. You can also click on the Groups button located at the top of every page on the Top Navigation Bar, then click Create A Group.

How do I join a group?
First visit the group you would like to join. Then click the Join Button located to the right of the group display picture. Then confirm your joining by clicking the Confirm Button.

Where do I find out what groups I have joined or created?
We will start by visiting the Welcome Center. From there click Groups on your Account Menu. You can also click on the Groups button located at the top of every page on the Top Navigation Bar, then click My Groups.

How do I leave a group?
Visit the groups url and then click the "Remove Me" button.

How do I manage a group I have created?
Make sure you are logged into your ZenZuu Account.

If you are not at your welcome center click the "Welcome Center" button towards the top of the screen on the Main Menu.

Once you are at the welcome center click the "Groups" link located on your Account Menu.

Click on which group you would like to manage under "Groups I Have Created".

How do I create a group discussion/message board?
Make sure you are logged into your ZenZuu Account.

If you are not at your welcome center click the "Welcome Center" button towards the top of the screen on the Main Menu.

Once you are at the welcome center click the "Groups" link located on your Account Menu.

This page displays both, groups you are currently a member of, and groups you created/have leadership permisions in. If a group has an "Edit Group" link under the "View Group" link then this group is either owned by you or you have the proper permisions to edit this group and add discussions.
Now select the the "View Group" link on one of the groups which you can edit. This will bring you to the groups homepage. You will notice a "More" link to the right of the "Members Link", hover over the "More" link and few more options will drop down. Now select the "Discussions" option, this will take you to the Discussions section of this group. Once in this section you can add a new discussion by clicking on the "Add New Discussion" button that appears directly below the regular group menu links. If you do not see this button you are either not logged in or you do not have the proper permisions to add a new discussion. After you have created your first discussion you can then add topics and replies using a similiar method.
